Weekend Onsite Coordinator – Fri–Sun (Split Schedule)
Location: Clifton, NJ
Schedule:
Friday – Sunday
Onsite: 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Virtual: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Onsite: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Weekend Onsite Coordinator to oversee operations and provide support to associates during weekend shifts. This position includes both onsite and virtual coordination each day. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and comfortable balancing both in-person and remote responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Check in associates during early morning shifts onsite and ensure proper attendance.
Provide real-time support virtually during mid-day hours.
Return onsite in the afternoon to assist with shift transitions and operational needs.
Serve as the main point of contact between associates, client supervisors, and management.
Track attendance, performance, and submit daily reports.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new associates.
Address employee concerns and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in staffing, warehouse operations, logistics, or supervisory support preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must have reliable transportation and be available Friday through Sunday for all scheduled shifts.
Comfortable with both onsite and virtual coordination duties.
Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
