What Youll Do

• Be the Power Behind the Board: Strategically dispatch technicians based on skill, license, and performanceusing ServiceTitan to make quick, smart decisions that drive results.
• Drive Revenue: Prioritize high-value, urgent calls to help the team meet daily sales goals.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Relay critical updates to technicians, answer internal questions, and work with managers and coordinators to ensure seamless workflows.
• Support the Front Lines: Help customer experience team members reschedule or adjust calls when neededkeeping operations nimble and efficient.
• Own the Metrics: Monitor KPIs like daily sales and revenue to help the team stay on target.

What You Bring to the Table

• 12 years of customer service experience (dispatch or project coordination experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills friendly, clear, and confident over phone, text, and email
• Detail-oriented mindset you never miss a step or overlook a tag
• Tech-savvy attitude comfortable working with CRM systems, digital scheduling tools, and call center platforms
• Calm under pressure able to make good decisions quickly and adapt on the fly

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in the home service industry
• Familiarity with dispatching or operations tools like ServiceTitan
• A passion for making things run like clockwork
