What You'll Need to Succeed

Education:

Technical Expertise:

• Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Experience in developing and implementing web solutions that meet business requirements.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required:

• 3-5+ years of experience in web development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-quality websites.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience in the not-for-profit sector or with healthcare-related projects.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
