Job Title: Warehouse Floor Manager / Labor Supervisor

Location: Seymour, CT

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Hire

Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 per year ($24.04 – $28.85 per hour)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | On-site | Day Shift

Language Requirement: Bilingual – English & Spanish (Required)

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on, highly driven Warehouse Floor Manager / Labor Supervisor to take command of a large, fast-paced labor force of 175–225 temporary workers. This is not a desk job — it's a boots-on-the-floor leadership role that demands presence, energy, and direct accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise daily operations on the warehouse floor.
• Keep a large workforce productive, focused, and on-task.
• Maintain structure and discipline while creating a performance-driven atmosphere.
• Motivate and lead through consistent floor presence and real-time feedback.
• Reallocate labor and resources dynamically to meet production goals.
• Use Excel for task tracking, headcounts, and basic reporting.
• Partner with other leads and departments for seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish – must communicate clearly with the team.
• Strong leadership presence; confident and assertive communicator.
• Comfortable managing high-pressure, high-volume warehouse environments.
• Highly disciplined, energetic, and organized — this is a fully active role.
• Able to “rally the troops” and create urgency and accountability.
• Experience managing large warehouse or production labor teams (preferred).
