As a Volunteer Coordinator at On With Life, you can be a part of something greater.

We are a not-for-profit organization founded by persons served and their families, and each person served is a new member of that family. We are looking for extraordinary individuals like you to join us!

This Part-Time position primarily works weekdays, up to 20 hours per week. Hours are generally between the hours of 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday.

The Volunteer Coordinator plays a key role in building lasting relationships within On With Life’s volunteer network. This position oversees the full volunteer lifecycle—from recruitment to recognition—ensuring an engaging and rewarding experience for both volunteers and the organization.

Volunteer Support-

• Develop and implement the vision and goals for On With Life’s volunteer program.
• Manage volunteer recruitment, communication and engagement efforts.
• Facilitate onboarding, supervision and recognition of volunteers.
• Maintain up-to-date volunteer records.
• Interact with all relevant departments/campuses to understand volunteer needs and advocate for volunteerism as a part of On With Life’s culture.

Other Support-

• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• As part of the Foundation team, work to identify, develop and maintain high quality relationships with individuals and organizations to attract and sustain resources to support the mission of On With Life.
