Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work, human resources, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in volunteer management or coordination. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to work with diverse groups of volunteers. Proficiency in volunteer management software and tools.
