JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Commerce City, Colorado. As an underground utilities Project Manager, you will work on municipal underground infrastructure projects, including water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. Job responsibilities include managing clients and overseeing project bidding, which involves material takeoffs and quote preparation. Pre-construction activities encompass preconstruction meetings, permitting, and submittal preparation. During construction, responsibilities extend to staff and resource scheduling, conducting progress meetings, tracking costs, and ensuring project closeout. Coordination with customers, contractors, and subcontractors is essential, along with maintaining constant communication with field staff to ensure the successful execution of projects. We are looking for a driven, client-focused project manager to grow with our team. This role pays up to 145k.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or comparable experience
- 5+ Years Experience in design or construction of public infrastructure projects work on water main, sanitary sewer, or storm sewer
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract language
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- CDOT experience
- PE or PMP or EIT certification
