- Driver Positions Pay Weekly
- Hourly Pay: $24.00 Per Hour
- Health & Wellness Stipend: $5.33 Per Hour
- Hours: 15 + Hours a Week

- Deliver SOLO To: 80 mile radius of Kalamazoo MI
- Route: Local Home Daily
- Tractor Type: Straight Truck
- Trailer Type: Dry Van 26'
- Equipment: Rolling Carts
- Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
- Freight: Touch - US Mail (Registered for Selective Services Required)

Requirements - Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Must have verifiable driving experience (*must be in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck):
- 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
- Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.
Responsibilities - This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle within and requires compliance with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.
- Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
- Maintaining accurate records Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
- Other tasks as assigned
