We are seeking a Trilingual Specialist/Navigator to assist individuals relocating for work with our client. This temporary, as-needed role focuses on helping associates navigate housing, transportation, local services, and workplace onboarding.

This position is a great opportunity for a college student seeking flexible, meaningful work, though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist associates with housing searches, lease support, and local resource referrals.
• Provide guidance on transportation, community services, and relocation logistics.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes at the client’s facility.
• Communicate effectively in Chinese and English ; Korean proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Act as a cultural and logistical liaison between associates and client teams.
• Maintain records of support provided and follow up on associate needs.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese and English required; Korean strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
• Cultural sensitivity and a service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in relocation support, HR, or community outreach is a plus.

Compensation:

• Pay rate is to be determined , based on experience, language proficiency, and role responsibilities.

Additional Details:

• This is a temporary, as-needed position with no defined end date.
• Located in Holland, MI .
• Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM however part time hours may be also work.
