• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 10/13/2025, End: 1/11/2026)\n

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1920–$1970\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience\n
• Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation systems\n
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities\n

\n\nHome Health RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Portage and Kalamazoo County\n
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans\n
• Document patient care using HCHB and OASIS systems\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and preventive care\n
• Travel within North/East Kalamazoo County and occasionally support Western Calhoun/Barry County\n
