What You'll Do:
-Perform hand soldering and touch-up rework for SMT and through-hole components, including BGA and ICs, following IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.
-Execute rework tasks based on ECOs, process deviations, or MPI instructions using leaded/lead-free solder and flux processes.
-Install and solder secondary operations and SMT parts per MPI and deviation processes. ⚙️
-Adapt flexibly to tasks involving SMT and through-hole components. ️
✅ What We're Looking For:
-Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading assembly drawings, specifications, BOMs, and identifying component values.
-Industry Background: Previous experience in Medical Devices (e.g., implants, surgical equipment) or Defense (e.g., Aerospace). ✈️
-Knowledge: Familiarity with ESD practices, board handling, and safety protocols. ⚡
-Physical Requirements: Ability to lift materials/equipment weighing 15-50 lbs.
-Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Team Player: Collaborative and supportive attitude.

Pay Rate: $23-$24/hour + OT
