DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRMEMENTS
· Completion of a High School Diploma.
· Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in real estate or lending is a plus.
· Strong communication, both verbal and written.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Work independently and make appropriate decisions.
· Excellent client relations and organizational skills.
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
· Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
· Ability to deal with multiple types of roles such as real estate sellers, buyers, agents and brokers.
RESPONSIBILITIES AS NECESSARY OR AS REQUIRED:
· Territory for sales calls are Jasper and Newton counties in Missouri.
· Make 8 – 10 in person calls on realtors and lenders in territory daily.
· Report daily call sheets each Friday.
· Coordinate with management locally and at the corporate office weekly.
· Manage client relationships to ensure, maintain and grow future business.
· Provide the highest level of customer service and develop ongoing referrals.
· Understand industry developments and regulatory issues.
· Attend seminars, workshops and professional meetings to identify, develop and maintain current and new business contacts.
· Maintains the Company’s trustworthy reputation by maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
