Job Description

Telephonic Clinical Nurse BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy

Locations: CO-DENVER 700 BROADWAY; FL-LAKE MARY 3200 LAKE EMMA RD, STE 1000; IN-INDIANAPOLIS 220 VIRGINIA AVE; MO-ST. LOUIS 100 S 4TH ST; FL-TAMPA 5411 SKY CENTER DR.

Hybrid Work: requires in?office 1?2 days per week with flexibility for virtual work. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance unless accommodation is granted.

Schedule: Monday?Friday 8:00?am?5:00?pm EST; may need weekend/holiday work based on business needs.

Salary: $34.66?$51.99 per hour. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive/recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility).

How You Will Make an Impact


  • Service patients telephonically across multiple states, addressing medication delivery, claims, and co?payment issues.
  • Collect co?payments over the phone.
  • Perform care management activities for members with complex, chronic needs, especially oncology and REMS programs.
  • Ensure medically appropriate, high?quality, cost?effective care and treatment appropriateness.
  • Partner with physicians and/or pharmacists to interpret care appropriateness, intervention planning, and clinical guidance.
  • Collaborate with providers to early identify and proactively plan for adverse events and continuity of care.
  • Conduct clinical assessment to develop personalized goals and implement a care plan.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the care management plan and modify as necessary.


Minimum Requirements
  • ASN or ADN and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current, valid, active unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required.
  • Multi?state licensure required if providing services in multiple states.


Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
  • BSN.
  • Oncology experience.
  • Call center experience.
  • Experience with Enterprise Rx.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Genesys.
  • Contract experience with Pfizer and BMS REMS.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
