Join IBM's Salesforce Practice team as an Architect & Engineer for Agentforce & Data Cloud, where you will be a key leader in shaping and proposing innovative solutions leveraging the power of Salesforce and IBM's Consulting AI and Asset based capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop compelling, tailored solutions that drive digital transformation within healthcare, life sciences, state, local & education organizations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, combining your deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of public sector needs and procurement processes. You will be instrumental in the sales cycle, from initial client engagement and requirements gathering through solution design, demonstration, and proposal development. This position requires a blend of architectural vision, hands-on technical skill, and excellent communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Collaborate with IBM account teams and clients to understand their mission, business processes, and technical requirements. * Design and architect innovative, scalable, and secure solutions primarily leveraging the Salesforce platform, including Data Cloud and various Salesforce Clouds (Industry, Service, Marketing, Sales). * Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the value of proposed solutions. * Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with clients to refine requirements and validate solution designs. * Provide expertise on Salesforce best practices, architecture patterns, and integration strategies within a public sector context. * Advise clients on data modeling best practices within the Salesforce platform (SF Data Model) and how to leverage Data Cloud for unified data strategies. * Incorporate IBM's asset portfolio, including IBM Consulting Advantage and related Assets, into Salesforce-centric solutions where appropriate. * Respond to technical sections of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other procurement documents. * Stay current with the latest Salesforce product releases, certifications, and industry trends, particularly as they apply to the public sector. * Potentially mentor and guide junior technical resources. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and IBM internal teams.This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.
