Job Location: Hybrid
Job Salary: $755k-$100k (DOE)

Tax Senior
Position Overview The Tax Senior will be responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure accurate tax reporting while optimizing their tax strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various tax regulations and the ability to support audit processes.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns
- Conduct tax planning and research to identify tax-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations
- Assist clients with IRS inquiries and audit support
- Prepare tax provisions and financial statements related to tax
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay current with changing tax laws and regulations
- Mentor and train junior staff members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax-related roles
- Strong knowledge of tax planning, corporate tax, and individual tax
- Experience with tax research and preparation of tax provisions
- Familiarity with IRS regulations and state tax laws
- Understanding of international tax concepts
- Proficient in accounting principles and financial statements analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
