About the Opportunity:

Prime Personnel Resources is assisting a company that has an opening for a Recruiter.  This is a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of client roles across industries. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely and effective placements. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Key Areas of Accountability

  • Source and identify top talent using databases, job boards, and networking

  • Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews

  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline 

  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ skills and qualifications

  • Match candidates to job openings and coordinate the hiring process

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

  • Complete employee verifications and onboarding processes

  • Manage client accounts and maintain contact with hiring managers

  • Manage contract employees and providing assistance with requests, concerns, and needs

  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Employee management and new hire onboarding

  • Provide best practice recruiting and match account expectations on time to fill needs

  • Communicate with client managers to assess ongoing client staffing and hiring requirements. 

About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Diploma or degree, High School/GED required, Bachelors preferred
  • At least two years' experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources preferred
  • Positive, friendly, professional demeanor
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow through of tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in office applications
  • Proven track record and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
