About the Opportunity:
Prime Personnel Resources is assisting a company that has an opening for a Recruiter. This is a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of client roles across industries. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely and effective placements. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Key Areas of Accountability
Source and identify top talent using databases, job boards, and networking
Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ skills and qualifications
Match candidates to job openings and coordinate the hiring process
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Complete employee verifications and onboarding processes
Manage client accounts and maintain contact with hiring managers
Manage contract employees and providing assistance with requests, concerns, and needs
Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies
Employee management and new hire onboarding
Provide best practice recruiting and match account expectations on time to fill needs
