About the Role: We're looking for a highly organized and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3-month contract to support our recruiting team during a period of increased hiring activity. You'll work directly with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists , assisting with all stages of the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Senior TA Specialists to manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate communications.
Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach or phone screens to assess qualifications and interest.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate records within Greenhouse ATS with a high degree of accuracy.
Support recruiting projects, talent pipelines, and reporting needs as directed.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Help uphold an exceptional candidate experience at all touchpoints.
Requirements:
~ Must have experience using Greenhouse ATS.
~1+ years of recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative experience.
~ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
~ Tech-savvy and comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
~ A collaborative team player with a willingness to take initiative and follow through.
Pay Range
$30—$40 USD
