Job Description

• Run full-cycle recruitment : source, screen, pitch, close
• Fill roles in inside sales, appointment setting, and closing
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter , cold outreach, and CRM tracking
• Manage multiple searches at once with speed and urgency
• Own hiring goals and drive high-velocity placements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or recruiting
• Strong phone and Zoom presence
• Able to sell the opportunity, not just screen the resume
• Relentless follow-up and hunter mindset
• Bonus if you’ve placed B2B sales reps or worked in high-volume recruiting
