RCS is seeking Systems Integrator to primarily assist an office focused on integrating data management, data science, and data engineering in forward deployed teams to drive Sponsor mission through data-driven solutions. This position requires the candidate to meet specific DoD Security Clearance obligations to work onsite in Herndon, VA. Relocation assistance is not available. What you will do: Create reports, briefings and placemats in a variety of formats, with inputs from staff leads and the relevant project teams. Create and maintain project briefings as needed. Coordinate and support meetings that include, but are not limited to, technical exchanges, kickoffs, cross-collaborations, and ad hoc sessions. Build PowerPoint briefings and present data at weekly division-level meetings and monthly program management review briefings upon request. Provide project management support and coordination on projects, to include strategy and roadmap development. Compile information both empirical and statistical in support of program management and communications between multiple organizational components. Assess the compiled information and provide summaries and details as needed. Coordinate and work on various organizational data calls with staff and across project teams and support reporting statuses to management. Assist staff leads with account creation requests and submitting and tracking tickets in Sponsor Systems. Required Qualifications/Education: Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph Working on programs with highly technical personnel as well as senior personnel. Conduct briefings and optimizing business workflows. Writing and proof-reading, and experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Building briefings and reports. Planning and hosting technical exchange meetings. Planning and hosting meetings at a leadership level. Data collection and metrics for generating statistics on application and system usage. Issue management, knowledge management, and IT service requests. Project management systems such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow including monitoring and reporting outages. JIRA methodologies such as Stories, Epics, and Initiatives. Working both independently and on teams with minimal oversight. Exhibiting oral and written communication skills across multiple customer communication needs: writing reports, meeting minutes, point papers, memos, briefings, and ad hoc explanations with the goal of keeping projects on track and moving towards a successful conclusion. Nice to Have Qualifications: Relationship management and communication. Familiarity with the Sponsors system accreditation workflows and tools. Mission systems and applications.
