Superintendent - Federal

We're looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations, drive quality and safety, and ensure seamless execution on federal job sites.

 

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Manage safety, infection control, and compliance documentation
• Solve problems, mentor field staff, and maintain project momentum
• Serve as the key liaison between field teams, project managers, and government reps

 

What You'll Need:

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience
• Proven success on government or military base projects
• Clean background and valid driver's license (required for base access)
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and USACE CQM certifications (preferred)
