Provides consultation to clients, selects equipment, cuts hair, styles and finishes hair. Primary Responsibilities: Providing superior customer service Greet customers upon arrival and guides them through our list of products and services Maintain a presentable and professional appearance for our customers Performs various Barber and/or Cosmetology Services on clients Clean around station, shop, bar, spa, restrooms and assist in washing/drying towels Stock shelves with products Systems utilization to schedule, view, communicate and check out patrons Promote services and membership programs Sell products or supplies Assist owner and manager in the marketing efforts of the business Open and close the location Participate in continuing education programs, trainings and staff meetings Train new employees as they join our staff Maintain required licenses Adhere to all regulatory, safety and sanitation policies and procedures Perform other administrative duties Perform any other duties assigned by the owner and management team Compensation: $45,000.00 per year The Social Barber
