Plant Supervisor

$60,000K-$70,000K/yr

Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field, with HACCP certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, ideally within a USDA FSIS-regulated meat facility; import/export experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, USDA/FDA regulations, and food safety standards, with a proven commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Skilled in production scheduling, workflow optimization, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with experience using ERP or production management software preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, health and safety, and cost-control strategies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Able to work in a refrigerated (0°C–4°C) production facility with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work.
