What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, team development, client relations, visual standards, and inventory control.
  • Lead, inspire, and coach a team to deliver exceptional client service and meet/exceed sales and KPI goals.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, nurturing key relationships within the community and ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including Buying, Planning, Inventory, Visual Merchandising, HR, and Retail Operations.
  • Drive local market strategy and offer insightful feedback to help shape regional and national performance.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned boutique or retail manager with 8+ years of luxury or premium retail experience.
  • A passionate, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
  • An inspiring coach and mentor with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Commercially astute and results-driven, with a strong command of business KPIs and store performance levers.
  • Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail, customer experience, and operational excellence.
  • Comfortable with systems, tools, and reporting platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, OMS, Excel, Cegid).
  • Able to build long-term client relationships and represent a luxury lifestyle with elegance and professionalism.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and events.
