Entertainment Studio is seeking a CreativeProducer/Sr. Writer to join their team. Experience out of entertainment is preferred either in studio, ad agency, or movie trailer house.

Job Title: Creative Producer

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Producer to drive the development and execution of compelling multi-platform campaigns for scripted and unscripted programming. This role requires a visionary storyteller with a strong editorial sense, technical fluency in post-production, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries across on-air, digital, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, develop, and execute bold and original creative ideas aligned with multi-platform objectives.
  • Lead projects from ideation through delivery—including scripting, pitching, editorial oversight, graphics coordination, and post-production supervision.
  • Write and present pitch decks to internal stakeholders including Creative Directors, Editorial, Design, Talent, and more, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Social, and Graphics to coordinate project workflows and meet delivery schedules across on-air, digital, streaming, off-air, and radio.
  • Oversee and run video editing sessions; provide creative direction to editors and voiceover talent.
  • Edit content in Adobe Premiere as needed to support editorial and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience creating 360 marketing campaigns for television and/or streaming (scripted and unscripted).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere and knowledgeable of post-production workflows.
  • Experience supervising editorial and graphics teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with talent, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy, brand identity, and promotional content best practices.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
