Description We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon with expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to perform a high volume of cases at our state-of-the-art ASC and local hospital. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering top-tier care and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: High Surgical Volume: Engage in a robust surgical schedule with a high case mix, including minimally invasive spine surgery techniques. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a spine surgeon, PM&R physicians, and APPs to develop comprehensive care plans. Patient Education: Empower patients with knowledge about their conditions and treatment options to make informed decisions. Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and contribute to team building and mentoring within the practice. Outreach Clinics: Provide care at outreach clinics 2 times per month, extending our services to underserved communities in Northern and Central Arizona.
