Spanish Teacher
The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in Spanish language & a passion
for teaching and supporting students.
Candidates shall possess or be on track to
possess NYS teaching certification in a Foreign Language with fluency in Spanish.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our educational team. The Spanish Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, student-centered instruction in Spanish language and culture to students at varying proficiency levels. Key responsibilities include developing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, teaching grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and incorporating cultural elements to enhance language learning. The ideal candidate fosters a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for languages. Strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and a passion for teaching are essential. Candidates must possess appropriate state certification in Spanish or World Languages. Experience with differentiated instruction and integrating technology into lessons is preferred. Starting salaries are commensurate with
experience, $50,444 to $68,226 plus
contractual benefits.
