Qualifications include being 18+ years old, experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred, self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn, willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and being comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions. This is a direct seller, commission only role, best suited for highly motivated individuals who thrive on performance-based rewards.
