Responsibilities include owning your territory by developing and managing sales in a residential area, connecting with homeowners by knocking doors, networking, and following up on referrals, tracking your wins by monitoring sales activities and hitting performance goals, closing the deal by presenting solar solutions to homeowners, explaining financing, and guiding customers through the process, educating and inspiring homeowners about the benefits of going solar including cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence, and growing with Sunrun by attending weekly training meetings to sharpen skills, boost earnings, and unlock career growth opportunities. Qualifications include being 18+ years old, experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred, self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn, willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and being comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions. This is a direct seller, commission only role, best suited for highly motivated individuals who thrive on performance-based rewards.
