Carry out household visits to ensure compliance with National Minimum Standards for fostering. Manage around 190 fostering households in coordination with the rest of the team. Facilitate and participate in support groups and training sessions for foster carers. Conduct annual reviews and maintain a caseload to ensure smooth operations. Assist in identifying and securing appropriate placements for children. Engage in regular reflective supervision sessions to enhance your professional practice. Requirements: Registered with Social Work England. Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work. UK qualified experience working as a Social Worker, ideally within fostering.
