Social Worker - Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team Join us for an incredible locum opportunity as a Social Worker with the Children & Families Team in Gloucester. This role offers a competitive pay of £42 hourly for a 3-month assignment. This full-time position will see you managing a diverse caseload, which will include Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC), and may involve some court work with a caseload of approximately 18. We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Social Worker to provide impactful, evidence-based interventions, with emphasis on timeliness and measurable outcomes. You will be provided with a laptop and smartphone to enhance your flexible working conditions, with an expectation to be in the office three days per week. All children will require face-to-face visits unless COVID is confirmed.
