POSITION OVERVIEW

POPLIFE is hiring a Social Media Manager responsible for the ongoing management of the company's social media platforms, as well as driving clients' brand handles. Internally, the Social Media Manager’s role is to grow the company’s social reach across Meta, Tik Tok, Youtube, and Linkedin while also pushing out CRM initiatives like newsletters and event promotions. Externally for the client, the Social Media Manager will execute always-on engagement tactics across the Brand Instagram + Youtube, including content calendar strategy, sharing practices, and follower engagement. The Social Media Manager will be tasked with growing the followers of both Company and Client while increasing positive engagement metrics.

GENERAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage social media platforms for Company + Client (Main platforms: Meta (FB + Instagram), Tik Tok, Youtube) Develop, coordinate and manage Company / Client content calendars Execute content capture initiatives to ensure in-trend, authentic, and consistent sharing Travel to events for Company / Client to manage and capture content Plan and execute community initiatives and programs for the company Lead regular website updates and SEO optimization Attend and capture agencies events (where applicable) and share live Maintain communication with Company / Client community of followers, actively engaging and responding Develop and deliver a weekly CRM newsletter and other engagement drivers Monitor social media campaigns and analyze traffic Create and maintain a KPI report, including community feedback to assure the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s digital marketing plan Research new marketing and outreach opportunities to push forward Company / Client image Participate in social and corporate events to further the company’s outreach
