Position Overview:

As a Server at Queen’s Harbour, you are more than just a team member—you are an ambassador of our vision. Your role is to deliver an unparalleled dining experience through exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and a deep knowledge of our menu. You will play an essential part in cultivating connections with our guests, fostering creativity in service, and embracing every moment with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Greet guests warmly, ensure positive interactions, and provide seamless service.
  • Be a Menu Maestro: Guide guests through menu selections with confidence, making recommendations and pairing suggestions.
  • Perfect the Presentation: Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining accuracy and high standards.
  • Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Maintain Standards: Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Facilitate Communication: Coordinate between guests, kitchen, and bar to accommodate requests and dietary needs.
  • Stay Proactive: Monitor tables, anticipate needs, and keep service running smoothly.
  • Close with Care: Process payments accurately and thank guests for their visit, ensuring a lasting impression.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to resolve conflicts
  • Basic Math skills
  • One year of hospitality experience is preferred
