Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, elegant, and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. This role requires a strong design sensibility, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces using tools like Figma, Framer, or similar.
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Conduct usability research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Create responsive designs, icons, and visual assets that align with our brand.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life.
• Advocate for user needs and champion user-centric design principles.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are embedded in all design solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and visual language.

Who You Are:

Primary Competencies 

• Experience designing and simplifying complex workflows
• Proficiency with prototyping and wireframing tools (Figma, Framer, etc.)
• Strong user advocacy and user-centric design thinking
• Proven ability to conduct usability research and apply insights
• Graphic design skills, including responsive design and icon/logo creation
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineering teams

  Secondary Competencies 

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
• Experience in data visualization
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcable’s total compensation package for employees. Other components may include: PTO and a Bonus plan.
