Base pay range $108,400.00/yr - $135,500.00/yr Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or in a similar role supporting mission-critical, high-traffic environments. Strong programming experience with web technologies such as Vue, Angular, or React; NodeJS, Python, Go, or Java. Proven experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management for complex systems. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, driving root cause analysis and implementing effective fixes. Thorough understanding of all stages of software development. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience leading or mentoring other engineers and influencing technical direction. Excellent communication skills, with a track record of building relationships, educating peers, and influencing technical direction. In-depth understanding and passion for excellence in the WWT Core Values. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or Management Information Systems; a combination of education, training and experience may be considered instead of a degree. Must be authorized to work within the United States. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $108,400 to $135,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
