Job Description

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Integrator to join our team in Reston, VA . This is an onsite position.

The Senior Project Integrator will work the Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM), and program personnel to manage the program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and all associated technical and operational requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with the PM and DPM to develop, deliver, and maintain the program’s IMS that defines the schedule for all major tasks, progress, resourcing decision points, internal and external dependencies, milestones, competing priorities, parallel efforts, and deliverables

  • Managing the program’s IMS and ensuring it is constantly up-to-date and accurate, including both top-level schedules and lower-level project schedules

  • Managing all program technical and operational requirements, ensuring requirements are documented appropriately, working them into the IMS, and tracking them to completion

  • Using the IMS and associated requirements to support the Sponsor’s operational and fiscal planning

  • Working with the PM and DPM to implement controls to ensure that only Sponsor-approved changes are made to the IMS and/or program requirements

  • Communicating status and information to the Sponsor and documenting appropriately

  • Recommending process improvements and cost-saving measures for potential approval and implementation

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience serving as a Project Integrator or performing similar program/project management tasks while managing schedules and requirements effectively

  • Strong experience managing multiple high-priority projects and competing requirements at the same time while keeping all parties informed, communicating effectively, and documenting appropriately

  • Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active/ current TS/SCI w/ polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time 

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel 

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer 

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations 

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
