Job Description

We are seeking a new Senior Director of Marketing in the Atlanta, GA area to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, digital presence, brand positioning, and market insights. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Director will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and support the company’s mission of critical infrastructure resiliency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports business growth and brand leadership.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and social channels to increase customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Strengthen brand identity and messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Direct market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategic direction and business development initiatives.
  • Manage the company’s digital footprint, including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Innovation teams to align messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and results-oriented execution.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI, and present performance to senior leadership.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and prioritization of high-impact initiatives.
  • Support internal communication efforts to promote culture, engagement, and alignment with company strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, preferably in industrial, engineering, or infrastructure services.
  • Experience leading brand, content, digital, and demand generation functions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).

Preferred:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience working in or with utilities, infrastructure, or field services industries.
  • Familiarity with innovation and product launch strategies.
