KPMG is seeking a Senior Director, GenAI Enablement to join our Digital Nexus technology organization in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business enablement teams to understand operational needs and strategic goals; align GenAI initiatives with business objectives, ensuring technology solutions improve operational processes.
  2. Oversee the design and deployment of AI agents for specific business processes; work with stakeholders and technical teams to develop effective models.
  3. Lead integration of AI assets into the firm's shared GenAI platform and ensure seamless connectivity with enterprise systems.
  4. Facilitate communication between the GenAI team and business units; promote GenAI adoption, educate stakeholders, and address concerns.
  5. Establish responsible GenAI usage guidelines; ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, monitor performance, and address biases.
  6. Stay updated on AI and prompt engineering developments to keep approaches cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum ten years in technology, including data science, machine learning, and cloud tech; at least five years in AI.
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  3. Experience in developing proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes; quick understanding of new GenAI technologies.
  4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing research and development teams.
  5. Ability to see both the big picture and short-term solutions; apply multiple AI solutions to business problems.
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills; effective with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  7. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
