Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a hybrid team in Boston. This role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving system integration efforts across enterprise platforms. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, infrastructure/security teams, and developers to align business needs with scalable IT solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Meet with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.

• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Translate business needs into user stories, technical specifications, and solution designs.

• Lead system integration initiatives involving APIs, middleware, and data exchange.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with standards.

• Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions with cross-functional teams.

• Develop process flows, data mappings, and supporting documentation.

• Support QA and UAT activities by defining test cases and validating outcomes.

• Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BA practice development.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst , ideally with enterprise systems and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering .
• Knowledge of API integrations, middleware, and system interoperability .
• Understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, security).
• Skilled in requirements documentation, use cases, and solution design .
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, and MS Office .
• Strong communication skills , able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Master's degree or MBA.

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, or TOGAF.

• Experience with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.

• Familiarity with data tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
