Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our trusted partner, specializing in delivering high-quality early intervention programs in Ashburn, VA.   • Job Title: BCBA
  • Salary: $83,000 - $90,000 annual base salary (not tied to billables), plus a quarterly billables-based bonus structure (up to $1,500 per quarter)
  • Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm; Remote work available upon approval from the Center Director
  • Caseload: 25 hr/wk (EI-focused, ages 2-6 years)

  Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and ensure high-fidelity implementation of therapy programs
  • Train staff and caregivers to support effective intervention strategies
  • Monitor and modify treatment plans based on data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent care
  • Maintain client records and write detailed progress reports
