Job Title: Sales Representative
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $45,000 per year (paid weekly) + Commission
Commission: 2% on every $10,000 in sales revenue achieved. Commissions are paid monthly in accordance with company policy.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting the expansion of our brand through both in-person and online channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an interest in online commerce, and the flexibility to travel to trade shows and industry events throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell products to new and existing customers.
Manage and grow online sales platforms, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining product listings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
Travel to trade shows and industry events to represent the company and connect with potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Previous experience in sales, especially in online or retail environments, is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed for trade shows and events.
Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
Interest in hobby-related products or niche retail industries is a plus.
This is a full-time, on-site position with consistent weekly pay and monthly commission potential. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment with opportunities to grow and make a direct impact on sales success.
