SIGN ON BONUS!! Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, currently has an opportunity to be a Sales & Service Writer. The Sales and Service Writer will be a customer service focused individual.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.
- Foster a positive and friendly environment
- Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in a retail environment
- Strong telephone skills
- Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus
- Dependable Transportation
- A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus
