Scrum Master

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to launch and coach a new Agile team. This role demands exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) effectively.
Guide the team in adopting and applying SAFe principles and practices.
Coach and mentor team members to achieve self-organization and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments, protecting the team from external distractions.
Promote clear communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Champion Agile best practices across the organization.
