• Utilize your product knowledge to educate and assist guests in selecting the right firearms, accessories, and services.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
• Maintain the sales floor's appearance and organization, ensuring products are well-displayed and fully stocked.
• Engage with guests through demonstrations and educational opportunities that highlight the features and benefits of our products.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for shooting sports and firearms; knowledge of products and industry trends is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and build rapport.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being proactive and self-motivated.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
