Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintain open and professional communication with franchise owners regarding all operational aspects.
  • Standards Compliance: Uphold Dunkin's operational standards, including quality, appearance, and all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales and profit performance, working towards budget goals to drive success.
  • Guest Service Champion: Enhance guest experiences by addressing feedback and maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Team Development: Attract, hire, train, and retain an exceptional team. Create a fun and professional work environment that promotes growth and leadership opportunities for Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders.
  • Marketing Execution: Lead the rollout of Dunkin's monthly marketing initiatives and embrace exciting promotions designed to engage our guests.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of the restaurant by adhering to Loss Prevention Policies and standards.
  • Audit Readiness: Aim for excellence by achieving high scores on corporate audits and health inspections.
  • Flexibility for Growth: Be ready to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to our vibrant Dunkin’ community as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A successful track record in quick service food operations, especially with Dunkin' or similar establishments.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with both guests and team members. A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance. 
  • Personality: A friendly and professional demeanor that makes every interaction positive and enjoyable.
