🚨 Senior Business Litigator (Partnership Disputes Focus) – Rare Remote Opportunity with Leadership Path at a Fast-Rising Boutique

Pitcoff Law Group, P.C., a top-ranked New York City-based commercial litigation and corporate boutique, is seeking an experienced and strategic business litigator to join our team.

We’re not just looking for a skilled lawyer—we’re looking for someone who thrives on high-stakes disputes, knows how to fight hard and negotiate smart, and wants to be part of a firm that’s reshaping the boutique litigation landscape in New York and beyond.

🔥 The Role:

• Serve as  lead counsel on sophisticated commercial litigation matters
• Focus on  partnership disputes / business divorces involving high-value stakes and complex dynamics
• Handle  your own caseload from intake to resolution with the full backing of a tech-forward support team
• Deliver direct, hands-on representation to founders, executives, and businesses
• Collaborate on firm-wide strategy and help shape the next phase of our growth

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of litigation experience, with a strong track record in business disputes
• Trial-ready : You’ve tried  at least 3 cases and conducted 30+ substantive depositions
• Deep familiarity with  motion practice , oral advocacy, and case strategy
• Ability to navigate business divorces with  creativity and diplomacy
• Licensed in New York (New Jersey/Florida a plus)
• Corporate transactional experience? A plus—but not required
• Above all, someone who combines  intellectual firepower with emotional intelligence
