I’m a Recruiter with Manpower Engineering and I am looking for a remote Proposal Writer / Technical Writer for our ASIC manufacturing client. This will be a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend or convert to perm. US Citizenship required. Primary Duties: Looking for an Engineer to read and respond to government RFPs, digest the information and put together a proposal in a compliant, responsible manner. Write proposals in a technical way that sells the products, specifically ASIC Will be 3 major proposal submittals in the first 6 months, ~30 pages covering the technology, road maps, concepts, and potential solutions What's Needed? Seeking someone from the semiconductor/ASIC/microelectronics industry – able to speak the language and understand the industry Seeking an engineer that not only understands the technical aspects and ASIC design but also the sales piece.
