PRIFTA Online Fitness & Health Coaching — Hiring 7 Impact-Driven Setters to Help Change Lives
We’re on a mission to help men and women over 40 reclaim their health, feel stronger, and live longer — and we need 7 motivated setters to join our team and be part of that transformation.
As a PRIFTA Setter, you’re not just booking calls… you’re the first connection to a life-changing journey for someone struggling with their health, energy, and confidence. Every appointment you set can lead to a real person getting the guidance they’ve been looking for.
What You’ll Get:
30–40% commission on every closed deal from your appointments
$35 spiff for every booked client who shows up and completes their meeting
In-house training so you know exactly what to say and do to succeed
Daily live classes & 1:1 support from experienced sales coaches
CRM access to track leads and conversations

Earnings Potential:
Most of our setters earn $4K–$8K/month , with top performers consistently hitting $10K+ .
