Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple properties within our portfolio in different states. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent customer service skills, This role involves managing property operations, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and enhancing tenant satisfaction through effective conflict management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
• Managing staff
• Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates
• Utilize property management software such for data entry, reporting, and maintenance tracking.
• Train and supervise property staff in customer service excellence, conflict resolution, and operational procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience in property management with a focus on residential properties.
• Experience with customer relationship management
• Strong conflict management abilities to resolve tenant issues effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
• Willing to travel to different states to visit the properties on a monthly basis .
