A little about this position: - Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Handles general building maintenance work orders as required
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years' HVAC and refrigeration service experience
- Must have knowledge of building systems and physical plant
- EPA 608 certification
- Advanced knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Boiler experience preferred
- Strong communications - interpersonal skills and customer relations
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required at times
- Must have a valid CA driver's license
Hourly pay rate: $35.58 to $42.44
