Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter focusing on front-end sourcing activities. This role involves sourcing candidates for various technical roles within the data center industry, such as engineers, HVAC technicians, and operations staff. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting initial resume reviews, engaging with passive talent, attending recruitment events, and maintaining regular phone contact with potential candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiters will be 100% front end sourcing.
  • Post job vacancies and promote roles on social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Generate reports and document interview outcomes.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
  • Capture market data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Source passive talent and sell open positions to them.
  • Develop accurate job postings and participate in recruitment events.
  • Focus on data center sourcing for technical roles.
  • Make phone calls instead of relying solely on emails.
  • Have phone contact with 3-5 candidates daily to prep a minimum of 15 screened applicants per week.
  • Attend daily sourcing sessions (6-7 sessions per week).

Skills

  • Strong understanding of candidate profiles and success profiles.
  • Experience with pipeline reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting metrics.
  • Ability to provide timely candidate feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or related experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Location: Seattle Wa

Contract Length: 6 Months

Pay Range: $35 - $38 per hour
