Now hiring a Recruiter to support a high-volume talent acquisition team in the automotive sector. This is a 100% onsite , Monday–Friday role based in West Palm Beach, FL , with standard dealership hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM). The position is temp-to-perm and offers growth potential for candidates eager to learn the industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The Recruiting role is an entry-level role focused on supporting the recruiting function. You’ll assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for entry-level roles with high turnover, such as service advisors and coordinators. No prior automotive experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and online platforms

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update recruitment tracking spreadsheets

• Monitor background checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications

• Represent the company at job fairs and college recruitment events

• Communicate consistently with HR and hiring managers about candidate status

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, full-cycle environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Comfortable using phone, Zoom, and online meeting platforms

• Basic understanding of HR principles and recruiting practices

• Work Arrangement: 100% onsite

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

• Compensation: $23–$24 per hour

• Type: Temp-to-perm

• Start Date: ASAP

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
